- SeqAn (from 2009) — SeqAn, the C++ library for sequence analysis. I'm one of the developers.
- Rabema (2011) — RABEMA (Read Alignment BEnchMArk) is a benchmark for mapping of NGS read mappings from the Reinert lab at FU Berlin.
- Mason (2010) — A simulator for Second Generation and Sanger Sequencing data.
- Data Ordering Problem with Inversion Solver (2009) — Submission for the Informaticup 2008.
